Phoenix? Can you be more specific about what you want to be explained? Please give some details about the issue. Can you check your in-game mail and tell me if you got there any change name card (come with a ss of that, too)? Is that an alt? New too which appeared after merge? Second name in there seems like being this way "Phoenix_Skye" but we cannot check because the ss is not very visible what it is not loadable either. Please, repost it . You could use lightshot to take the ss, it is simple and easy to use. Thank you.

Before merge my orignal toon was PhoenixSkye LVL 95 server s330 After merge i log toon and end up as PhoenixSkye LVL 33 Server uc23 . No ingame mail on LVL 33 toon . Can not log the real to see mail . When i goto lvl 33 account i goto lvl95 account. So its me both toons My whole guild have problem . Go see for yourself double toons Guild name: Best Friends server uc23

It seems like a problem that needs support to check and try a fix. So, please, address the issue to support team here, https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7, by submitting a ticket. Fill in with all the requested data (IGN, server name and number), give details about the issue you're encountering and make it clear which char is which, like you did in here. Attach the screenshots you have taken - try to make them clearer though . Support will provide the help and assistance you need for to sort this out.

Hi,

When will new merge server ud9 be fixed. It is broken now for three days. No collections work. We have blank Easter Party instead of Angel Party. Wheel event is blank. Equipment is lost when updating party. The game is unplayable.

okay, two days into the merge, nothing is working at all. In fact people are starting to loose things ( not only their patience and tempers ) your going to have lure people back as people are quiting. You need to shut the server down as it is impossible to fix these problems with the server running.

You have introduced Navigation King which doesnt work, Tycoon which we can't take part in and still nothing works on our server after the merge. You have given us no information on when or if you intend to fix all these issues. We can still recharge though. Put a mentor in our realm and they can hear all of our problems and our opinion on the merge and the present condition of the game. This you could at least do as your all ways harping on about how much you care about our money ooops sorry how much you care about us. We need to know when it will be fixed asap. Please stop ignoring us we have given you money the least you can do is answer us.

UD9..Nothing on this server works since the merge...Can not do any devotion, it just resets every time. navigation u can not do. Every event you put out there for us, we cant do and we are losing out on all bonuses etc. please have the dev fix their mistakes because it does not work as stated.
