    Again TA not working... already second day!!! No one compensation!!! Tven from last issue you not give any compensation - but we lost rewards this time!!! Now i hope it will be fixed fast and you guys will give compensation!
    You will lost players! Already have not mood for recharge to this game! Atleast on FB platform all fixing very fast and they got compensation with any issue! Why on R2 so different things????

    Hello melamory. Your issue has been reported and forwarded.
    By means of forum here we are doing everything is in our power to do to make your issues heard and checked, as soon as you signal them or you let us know about them. Unfortunately, we are not the ones to issue compensations, send rewards or fix what it is broken in game or on platform. We are only the intermediate stage between you, players, and the R2 ops/staff.
    Related to the high discontent level and frustration you might experience, that is not in my power as a mod to diminish or make it vanish. For the option to recharge in game or choose another platform for playing the game, that is solely your choice and option. Thank you.
    REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced. Recharge issues will require your transaction ID. Screenshots provided must be uncropped and timestamped.

      i understood it all... but guys you must suggest atleast make mod's system as on FB... there more easy tell about issues in game and got any reply... you are just report but no one can tell to us when it will be fixed... forum its good but not so good as mod's system on other platform... really so much times told about it

        Dear melamory, maybe the mod system here is not as good as on GTarcade (we are only two of us here) but I assure you we are doing exactly the same job. We "are not just reporting" your issues and problems and after let them be, ignore or forget about them, we are also tracking and following the course of reports until problems and issues gets solutioned and solved (that in spite of what else you might think we are doing or it's happening beyond the scene). We are coming back with the replies, even if sometimes those are not exactly what you want to hear from us. Thank you for the invaluable input you have given, it means a lot for us and makes us aware of how you perceive and how much you appreciate the work we are doing.
