I can't get you a reply to your closed ticket for the diamonds, because the ticket is closed. Your amulet ticket is on its 12th day. You should get an automated email in 2 days. Please reply to it so that it stays open. The holiday week has resulted in many delays, and not everyone is back at work yet. We need to wait for the appropriate people to be back in the office to handle your case. Then, the issue will need to be sent to the devs, and the devs are responsible for fixing it, see post 4.

i responded to that ticket the last time with my diamonds, not only did no one message me back but i never heard another word about it. just tell me if im getting my amulet back or not

i still havent gotten one email about if anyone has even attempted to look into this yet. or will i get an email in 2 days saying "oh its been two weeks guess this is resolved" like i did last time my complaint was ignored?

I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about the 4 month old ticket for 50 diamonds, but I'll see if there's a way to find out what happened to them for you.
From what I can tell by past forum threads and team discussions, it seems amulets like to run off sometimes. They do get returned, it just sometimes takes the devs a bit of time to get on it and make that happen. Keep us updated on the status of your ticket, don't let it close, and we'll help from our end in the meantime. Chinese New Year puts a delay on things getting started, but hopefully this can be on the path of being resolved immediately following the holiday.

i'll keep a look out in my email, but im really doubting this. i replied to the closure email for my 50 diamonds and no one answered back to it. its almost as if no one reads these things, ever.

This will require the devs to look into what happened, so if you have not already done so, please do send in a ticket. Keep in mind, a holiday week has started and we won't expect anything to happen before the 11th, so if you get the automated closure reply on your ticket, just reply to it and then let us know here, so that we can ask that your case be prioritized when everyone is back from holiday.
