you guys just took one of my amulets from me

satansecreta from ud6 i logged on tonight and see that ive dropped from 199M BR to 188M BR. i went to homestead and i look and my son of flames has had his amulet taken from him, it had lvl 8 i believe inscription carved and was lvl 74. and im just wondering if im going to get it back or have to start all over again, just like with how i lost 50 diamonds and never got them back but got a message saying you hadent heard from me and you figured the situation had solved itself even tho before that i never received a message from whoever to begin with about the missing diamonds. i gotta say this game is run very poorly if i can log on and things that i have worked so hard for are just taken away from me in the blink of an eye. thank you for making this game insufferable to play. i know i make this post knowing i WILL NOT be getting my item back and getting it back how it was before it was taken from me. i just want other people this has happened to to know they're not the only ones playing this game and having things taken from them for no reason. so, thanks. also i dont know if this is the only thing that was taken from me but at this point i dont even want to play the game let alone see if anything else is missing.

Well, I mean.. they gave you an amulet.. ><

There is no log for the amulet. There is no way to just return an amulet. They can only double check that you received it, which is why they ask you where you got it, so they know which logs to pull up to verify that you did in fact receive that particular amulet. Then, they are suppose to give you that amulet, base, plus the spirit essence needed to level your amulet up, and the runes to make the combo.

The ultimate problem right now is there's been a staff change in the last couple months and new staff doesn't know a thing about amulets. Add to that, your mod is on vacation, and I don't know a thing about amulets. Mistakes were made the first run through, and I think we've figured out what exactly is needed to resolve the amulet cases, and so hopefully you aren't waiting too much longer for the Dragon Slayer Sword, enough spirit essence to make it lvl 75, and the 12#, 18#, 19#, 20# and 21# runes for your lvl 9 combo.

and can i just add how reassuring it is that the people responsible for the coding in this game apparently cant read and need an adult while they drool on their keyboards and bang their special needs helmet clad heads against the desk while going "HURR HURR I GIVE LADY BACK ITEM, I DO GOOD"

day 36 and still no amulet, i will be sending an email a day even tho i know it does nothing. you know, it would just be nice if i was told im not getting it back instead of this big ruse

They can't do anything about the ticket auto closure. You need to just make sure to reply every week or so, and the ticket will stay open. As mentioned, we are waiting for the devs to send you your items, so the issue has already been looked into, we just need the devs to do their part now.

i did respond tho, are they going to respond and say thats its staying open and that someone might finally look into this or what? i mean its been over a month now, i would like my item returned to me already, this is getting insane with their incompetence

The system automatically closes tickets after 2 weeks of neither side responding. You just need to respond back within two weeks of getting that message for it to stay open. At 4 weeks, it's hard closed. As frustrating as it is that this happens, it's necessary, as it is very rare for someone to come back and say when their ticket is resolved or to confirm an issue was fixed.

We are currently waiting for the devs to send you your items. Hopefully they will get that done for you soon.

well i just answered a closing letter that i got in my email, so i guess this will be closed seeing as how the last closing email i got closed it permanently. do they ever fix anything or is stuff just gone for good?
