satansecreta from ud6 i logged on tonight and see that ive dropped from 199M BR to 188M BR. i went to homestead and i look and my son of flames has had his amulet taken from him, it had lvl 8 i believe inscription carved and was lvl 74. and im just wondering if im going to get it back or have to start all over again, just like with how i lost 50 diamonds and never got them back but got a message saying you hadent heard from me and you figured the situation had solved itself even tho before that i never received a message from whoever to begin with about the missing diamonds. i gotta say this game is run very poorly if i can log on and things that i have worked so hard for are just taken away from me in the blink of an eye. thank you for making this game insufferable to play. i know i make this post knowing i WILL NOT be getting my item back and getting it back how it was before it was taken from me. i just want other people this has happened to to know they're not the only ones playing this game and having things taken from them for no reason. so, thanks. also i dont know if this is the only thing that was taken from me but at this point i dont even want to play the game let alone see if anything else is missing.

I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about the 4 month old ticket for 50 diamonds, but I'll see if there's a way to find out what happened to them for you.
From what I can tell by past forum threads and team discussions, it seems amulets like to run off sometimes. They do get returned, it just sometimes takes the devs a bit of time to get on it and make that happen. Keep us updated on the status of your ticket, don't let it close, and we'll help from our end in the meantime. I can't get you a reply to your closed ticket for the diamonds, because the ticket is closed. Your amulet ticket is on its 12th day. You should get an automated email in 2 days. Please reply to it so that it stays open. The holiday week has resulted in many delays, and not everyone is back at work yet. We need to wait for the appropriate people to be back in the office to handle your case. The system automatically closes tickets after 2 weeks of neither side responding. You just need to respond back within two weeks of getting that message for it to stay open. At 4 weeks, it's hard closed. As frustrating as it is that this happens, it's necessary, as it is very rare for someone to come back and say when their ticket is resolved or to confirm an issue was fixed.

They can't do anything about the ticket auto closure. You need to just make sure to reply every week or so, and the ticket will stay open.
