purchase made on 1-13-21 does not show up in Capsule Toys

I purchased a recharge on 1-13-21, does not show up in Capsule Toys. I uninstalled R2 and installed new R2 and it still wants me to install new R2. Please help. Screenshots cannot be made at this time. myst o green S130

Hello. Please direct your issue towards support by filing a ticket (here is the link to follow: https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7 ). Give in there all details, the order number and add screenshots from main page My Orders, with the payment complete and order number, from Hot Events > Precious-Pro, Total Recharge and Super Value Capsule, to show that you could not collect.

REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced. Recharge issues will require your transaction ID. Screenshots provided must be uncropped and timestamped.
