It seems like they have just decided to ignore this issue. No updates all day today. We need to flood the support team with tickets until they resolve this. 5 days of unplayable game is crazy ridiculous!

The people who respond to tickets aren't the people who can fix the problem. They know as much as I do at this point, which isn't much. Depending on what the issue actually is, it can take time for it to be fixed, and no amount of flooding will result in things magically being fixed. If you have a ticket in already, you absolutely should reply to that email every other day and ask if there's an update, but please don't submit multiple tickets.

hi good afternoon, after the upgrade from client I have a lot problems to play league of angels suddely the game doesn´t load the events or freeze the screen, is not my computer or my internet both work correctly before the upgrade everything were ok I have some days with the situation, back the old client to solve it please.

Yesterday I frustratingly played LOA and took a screenshot of every time the game play froze or did not load and sent each screenshot with a ticket to support. They sent me an email asking for a video of the issue? I replied that the ticket does not cater for video and that the devs have solved problems from a screenshot. Talk about jumping through hoops.
So I uninstalled R2 client version 2 and reinstalled Client version 1.0.0.1 from R2 website. Installed without a problem without other web page in version 2 and played LOA to end without any problems.
O the joy.

Still having the same issue, I also cannot login on older clients because of certain reasons, and I'd rather see the issue fixed in the newer version to begin with - also because that version is publicly available.Last edited by thhvdveen216; 03-09-2024, 07:51 AM.

Someone needs to keep asking what the status is on the client. I dont care how many times it takes, keep asking them. Sitting on their hands and hoping it will fix it self will not happen. it's been a week and no communication about anything. This just shows you how F**KING lazy this company is!

The reason why a screenshot of this issue isn't suitable is because when the devs go into the game, they aren't seeing the issue. I don't know if that's because the issue is not with the game, so of course they won't see an issue or what. I recommend someone start with a video showing the client screen, entering the game, and experiencing the issue so that the devs will understand they too need to start from the client screen, because they do repeat all of the steps taken in videos.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5

Seems like this subject has gone silent on discord and here because NO ONE is responding about the issue at hand. Todays Divine war is broken and doing Demonic war is a nightmare with tycoon going on. I also sent a ticket with the link to support for login issues hoping that will help but they never respond.
