You need to log in to https://www.r2games.com first, and it should pull your login from there. If it doesn't, can't help you, because as I've made clear for years, the forum is mostly broken and is why R2 uses Discord now. You should definitely use a normal browser for the forum, though. I do recommend just joining the Discord server.
