Character just gone!
can someone please fix my account i was lvl 32 or 33 with 18k BR. i worked my *** of for like 10 hours today all for nothing as of right now. and im not the only one there are other people complaining about it on the facebook page.

i was playing on s3 LOA and i reloaded my page and when i went back in my character was totally gone just POOF vanished and im level 1 again at the begenning of the game and it says my character exists when i complete the tutorial thing Easy4Me2OwnU when i login with my username and password now im also stuck at the begennign of the game and cant move now, i completed the tutorial again and it reloaded for some reason at the screen where it says rank and now when i login i see the S rank thing and cant move to do anything.

Characters do not just disappear. Please make sure you are on the right account and the right server.File a ticket

I always log with this account, because any attempt to use another warning me invalid e-mail or invalid user name, but you are right, I cant remember the names
