Have the same problem on server 74. No new events up as of last rose event. No house of cards, event bonus and don't even have the new angels chest for the keys! I pay monthly for this game. Have had enough and am going to drop it. This is serious **. Where are the people working on the servers? Why is server 74 being ignored??

Ya know, my 2 red jokers were stolen by R2 back in June/July ....

Same thing happened to me as well, before and after the rollback. Swapped 3 times for ruby souls, and got nothing in my inv.

i have problem with hoc. I swaped 20 arcane spirits shards. But it didn't stack with others my arcane spirits shards and calls differently from others. Now i have 28 arcane spirit crest shards and 2 times 10 arcane spirit crests. The same problem has my friend Swat only he swaped Valkyrie.

Here is another bug for you. After a wait of about a month or so i have gotten the cards that i needed to get the astral hunter crest shards. today i saw the HoC drew 10 cards got lucky and swapped for astral hunter crest shards. Guess what happened . I got 10 "Crests" instead of shards and now i cant seem to get the astral hunter with either the shards or the crest. I surely hope its a bug and not an intentional change in name of commodity to make people collect 120 of the new things all over again
Attached are picture that should tell u what i mean. Please get the concerned team to take care of it. Also a sincere request and a baffling doubt. Why is HoC something that has been tested for so long bugged after all this time? Isn't it high time something this common got sorted out something which comes almost every alternate week.
