This is not pure RNG, it is first scripted to require a certain amount which most likely is above 5k points during evo. From then it has a % evolution after a certain set amount of points. Its how i see it from what i just experienced.

In a pay to win game, there is nothing like RNG or luck. It doesn't exist. You kidding yourself if you think that these 2 are factors in P2W games.

If you want to get ahead fast, then spend.

If you don't have any plans in spending, then be patient. Some people in this game can get ahead to others by playing wisely and being patient.
