well i got my majestic nyssa at like 3600 evo points so yeah it is RNG(what RNG is basically when u start the evolve u get a number between 50-100% assigned and u`l have to get there . sure the chance to get 51 will be way lower than to get 90 but still it has to do with numbers not luck . kinda simple)

The fact that you get to be assigned "randomly" with a set of percentage(50%-100%) is already about luck

This is not pure RNG, it is first scripted to require a certain amount which most likely is above 5k points during evo. From then it has a % evolution after a certain set amount of points. Its how i see it from what i just experienced.

In a pay to win game, there is nothing like RNG or luck. It doesn't exist. You kidding yourself if you think that these 2 are factors in P2W games.
