Team Tourney rewards missing !!!

so my team was able to get to the knock out matches but unable to win, so we ended up only on top 64, so when i was going to claim my rewards it says i already collected it, so i checked my mail but i only got the server rewards. i'm pretty sure that there's a top 64 reward eventhough it only shows top32(i could be wrong) here's some SS.



and if i have collected and opened it i should have 200 royal marks !!! i haven't asked my team mates yet if they got their rewards. i hope i can get it, i am really counting on those royal marks so i can get a royal print !!!

Have you checked your mail, by any chance? Nvm, just read your whole post. Usually the participation rewards come on the next day, so maybe need to wait. I personally couldn't collect any of the previous rewards and they came in mail in the morning.

i did check my mail and only got the server reward, and maybe you're right i think i'll just wait and see if it is just late or not ...

Same prob on s65, said I collected but I didn't!

same here on S75, it says collected when I haven't definitely no 1000RM nor new emblem...

yeah and i waited 24 hours but the mail didn't arrive, i've seen a similar thread so there's a lot of us !!!
