Can't collect mail

i try collect mail but it show no attachments,

and those i can't collect are those escort reward mail.

when i collet mail i dont get points on tycoon from inferno reword or any other mail that contain money

this is how it's supposed to be.You get rewards from mails being send after the tycoon have already started.Mentioned in event rules

but the rules state points will be added from previous mails
