I need a screenshot of your reward page showing you have collected all the chests

So this is it ??? No proper response from a GM/Moderator/Support staff.
Why does it say, quating from Preliminary Rules: "Rewards can be collected between 18:30-24:00 on the day of the competition. UNCOLLECTED REWARDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO THE PLAYER'S MAIL." ???
If we can't collect in that time, coz many of us have jobs also in real life, why does it says such thing ?!

it's been 8 days, tournament icon isn't there anymore ...do we have any response from developers team (other than "check your mail twice") ??
