i cant do zodiac and dungeon blitz !!!

Details: I cant do dungeon blitz/loop blitz because it says database error in my zodiac blitz. i have tried refreshing, clearing cache, clicking clear cd but still says database error.

Data Base Error since Nov 26, 2014

I have had the same issue since 26 Nov 2014, IGN: Boot / Server: S40 Final Rapture. I submitted 2 tickets (02:40 Nov 26, 2014 and 06:23 Dec 01, 2014), the second with screen shots .... there has not been a response to tickets as of yet, except the automated response.
