Zodiac 1--click blitz bug/ Database Error

Tried to use 1-click blitz for zodiac today. Now it shows "Database Error" and I can't complete the blitz or do loops . And yeah I've tried refreshing and clearing internet history. Expecting an answer quickly.

Data Base Error since Nov 26, 2014

I have had the same issue since 26 Nov 2014, IGN: Boot / Server: S40 Final Rapture. I submitted 2 tickets (02:40 Nov 26, 2014 and 06:23 Dec 01, 2014), the second with screen shots .... there has not been a response to tickets as of yet, except the automated response.
