Again!!!! Zodiac 1-Click Error

I got this Database Error at 08-06-2014 07:22 PM and fixed after 3-4 days of posting here and there. And now I'm getting another Database Error which making me unable to do Zodiac / Daily Quest. Please admin fix this issue A.S.A.P, I'd appreciate it.
