please can u help me! i haven't been able to blitz my zodiac for a month now. would like rewards if possible.

I'm having the same problem for a bit now and I didn't know if submitting the ticket was enough or if I have to post here too. I can't Blitz or do my Zodiac and it happened when I tried to Blitz my Zodiac in the first place.
