regarding to this present wheel of luck event ...why the hand of the roulete always point to the next or before the costume prize ..why we always have .01% of winning the costume? it automatically stop the the end of that enchanted ore ..

well ..on shards it really stop its hand on it ..but on the costume ,,i dont think so. it always stop before or next to it .
