the system works like this:
go to your character profile, click on '+' symbol appearing on skill icon
itll show you list of available skills, you can select any of those skills to use. you need to first activate them
to activate skills, you need awakening level and skill books
to raise awakenin level, you need awakenin stones
awakenin stones can be synthed in awakenin smeltin panelLeague of Angels
