Chain skill?

So, a friend of mine have upgraded 3 skills of the same color to forgot-what lvl and he says that a window appeared telling him he have made Chain Skill and have unlocked something. Problem is he can't find what he have actually unlocked. Anyone any ideas?

Lol, will ask, but he is a mega casher, so.....they are probably high. On the other hand - these books are not that easy to get.

P.S. The chain activated when he upgraded them to lvl 3, he have some lvl 4 now.

i have multiple lvl 3 and starting to get lvl 4 skills and never saw a message like this.

Maybe it does activate when specific skills reach lvl 3....

So you gotta have 3 orange partner skills to unlock 'star fury'.

if BR didn't go up maybe it did something else. Can you check the % proc rate of your 3 partner skills? Is it higher than 35%?

something interesting is it say unlocks at lvl1 , we may be able to lvlup this bonus/skill only by rising the whole 3 skills which neede to unlock it -_-"
