If u have an account in a US bank (as being Eu citizen) from where u pay/recharge/donate this wont affect you, but there people/programs wich are constanly running to see where money go .. and r2 like others cant evade/dodge this .. in this world money make the rules and noone accept losingem just for ..fun !?! PS: LOA can be defined like online game or whatever you like but its ranked as online entertainment and be sure that since world started, entertainment was a good deal to get money.

Others have already learned how to dodge the law? For a month since it's in place? Lol! You realize that's illegal, don't you? You think R2 and Gtarcade will risk legal repercussions and even being shut down over a VAT law? You do realize that if they get restricted, even if only in Europe, they lose a lot more than they will if they actually follow the law and pay VAT?

r2/gtarcade and everyone else recievs the same payment as before, it's WE who pay, we feel the difference. Basicly add 20% to 9.99$ for exemple , that's what you pay, r2 recievs only the 9.99$ like before. Those 20% go to EU, no idea where, probably to some old and rich fagots that are just greedy and want more. Anyway, the problem is for the big spenders, 20%+ to 300$ or more is huge...

prolly R2 are physically present in EU? a company in asia is most prolly not obligated to collect VAT on EU's behalf

VAT for R2 is only a pretext for increasing profits - the game is not located in the countries for which the VAT mentioned - for the first time and secondly - MAY R2 a VAT tax deductible - so classic case cheat customers - that is us

Well I live up in Canada and I went from paying $22.60 for 2,000 diamonds to $26.00 for 2,000 diamonds. So R2 it looks like you no longer get a single dime from me. And the vip on all of my characters are about to be cancelled.

And yeah, R2 is located in China, not EU.

have you ever tried guy to use VPN when you recharge? if you are in country with VAT then change your IP to the country without VAT then recharge?
