No i'm talking about the Fairies disappearing after Update 4/16.

I filed a ticket and they replied: We are already reported your issue to the dev team to be fixed as soon as posible. So please be patient and thaks for understanding. So I have been patient and it has not been easy... Because I'm not happy at all about it.

Now I get an email from them that says: As our Support Elves haven't heard back from you in over two weeks we are going to assume your problem has either resolved itself, or you've found a solution on your own. As a result we will be changing the status of this ticket from Pending to Resolved

So, what am I suppose to do be patient? Raise hell about it everyday? See how many recharges I can get my credit card to refund me and quit this bug ridden game?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. And getting my 11 missing fairies would be appreciated even more!
