I dont understand this system its say burnish all to reach the same aura but I cant I got alot of Grotto Heart but cant use them help plz ??????

In order to proceed in burnishing Aura+2, you need your other 3 crystals to have Aura+1 as well.
You need to make your other 3 crystals Aura+1 in order to start making Aura+2, reason why you get that " Message " .

You can't, you need to burnish crystals to gain aura.
But take a look at your picture, only one crystal has AURA+1, while others don't.
I said to burnish the other crystals until all of them have Aura+1, then you can proceed on making Aura+2.

Click on the first slot, burnish to Aura 1, click to second slot, burnish to Aura 1. Then burnish 1st slot to Aura 2...
