Anyone else having with issues with this and Devs can do nothing but say...send a picture? You send a picture and crickets. Not happy.

Can't Recharge for over a year since 2 mergers ago

Unless your tickets are sent from a different account, then you haven't sent a picture, or a video, or been very descriptive about the issue you're having. Your most recent ticket includes nothing but a useless link to a store page.
No one knows what the issue you're having is because you refuse to use words to describe the issue. "Can't" is not a descriptive word.
You are welcome to rant about being unhappy with the situation, but please also include clear answers to the following questions:
- Are you using the newest version of the R2 Client, or are you using an older version, or are you using a flash enabled browser?
- How are you accessing the thing you are trying to purchase? From where specifically? Is it through an icon ingame, is it an event pop up, is it directly at purchase.r2games.com?
- What happens next? Tell me anything you are clicking on, anything that is happening on your screen, anything you are doing during this entire process. Narrate it like you're talking to a blind five year old.
- When you get to the part where "can't" happens, is there an error message? Is your screen a certain color?

I am having the same issue, i have the new client, have used all areas of recharge, game, game option box and main site. it all does the same once i enter into paypal it goes completely white page and nothing happens. clean and refresh the system nothing changed. i think the happened on the update for the server because i was able to recharge during this cross server tycoon.

Blank white page is a description of the issue, and a much better description than "can't". You don't have to like my attitude, you just need to answer my questions.
Support says the most recent issue with recharging using Paypal, where after selecting a recharge amount and proceeding to the screen where you'd confirm the payment, the screen turns white, regardless of how you got to that screen, was fixed.
If it is not fixed for you, you will need to send in a new ticket. Attach your white screen screenshot, bonus points if you also attach a screenshot of what page you were on right before you got a white screen.
You might not get a response to that ticket because like most things around here, it's broken for some. If you do not receive a response to your ticket in your email inbox or spam folder within 24 hours, reply back to this thread with your server number (the actual number you select when you access your server, not that letter/number thing you get called after a merge), your character name, and the UID located on the R2 banner at the top of your game screen and in the upper left corner at www.r2games.com.
