Ticket system and payments..............

It appears that both our ticket system and some payments are having issues. The R2games IT team is aware of the problem and are working diligently to resolve them.

Please be aware that at this time you can not file new tickets and some payments are showing as incomplete and can't be finished. They hope that on Monday to have everything back to normal. Please be patient while R2games works to rectify the situation.

Hi, i got a question.. After this monday will we get our vip's/diamonds etc ? cause it's kinda cheap to take the money and not get anything in return.. I mean i didn't spent that much just 7 E + txt msg taxes but still it's kinda lame to do something like that... Gonna wait for a reply .

Is it normal for us to be losing our VIP status for 1-3 days or longer ..why we wait for our payment to process. It set up on auto pay. But every time it comes around for last day of our VIP...we seem to loss it? And we cant manually add it because game say we(i am) still VIP. So during this time we don't get our free alchemy or blitz or any other VIP feature. and if this not normal How I manually pay for my VIP so i can pay for it early so i do not lose my status?

There have been multiple reports about the VIP and I am checking with billing. All I can urge you to do on your end is file a ticket to billing about your VIP.

I'm from R2 games resolve my problem because I had already spent 15 dollars or 150000 rupiah.dan not get MOL points of error saya.bagaimana kalian.sedangkan vhocer XL system that I use to fill mol mol points have been used up, but I still do not grow , how do I disappointed.I hope for R2 and MOL team responded to my complaint, I topup 11 april 2014 Indonesian Time.
