I have 4 (?) records for 1000 diamonds (today), 500 diamonds x2 (yesterday), and 2000 diamonds (Apr 23rd) that say incomplete.
It seems I have the billing problem too. (though I don't remember the 2 500 diamond purchases ever happening yesterday)
It looks like the issue mentioned in the OP by the moderator is rearing it's ugly head again.
Oh I think I know what happened the window treated me like I did purchase 2 batches of 500 diamonds when I actually was just looking at the payment options...I think the same thing happened with the 2000 diamond purchase on the 23rd.
I completed the normal 1k diamond purchase though...that should have come through already.
Also if you're recharging via UltimatePoints it's probably not working because something went wrong on UltimatePay/PlaySpan's side. (UP is customer end/PlaySpan is the Merchant/Dev end of it.)
It took the card and gave me a point balance after I used it to activate VIP, but when I used the UltimatePoints to buy diamonds it didn't work. Why is that?
