Проблема е, че такÑата ти за превод е 9,40лева. Диамантите Ñтруват 11,46 Ñ Ð”Ð”Ð¡. ТакÑата за превод Ñ Ð”Ð”Ð¡ Ñтава 11,28 и това прави цÑлата Ñума 22,74. Бих препоръчала да пробваш нÑкакъв друг метод за плащане, за да намалиш такÑите.Last edited by Mentor_Rosso; 11-09-2015, 08:27 AM.Comment

Hi... I made online payment during my recharge attempt...It says, it failed..i tried 4 times and still payment is not accepted by your merchant Xsolla. But when I check my bank account online, all the attempt during recharge process was already debited from my bank account... How was it, the transaction was failed but the amount was already debited from my bank account...Its almost 240$...i want that money back... I tried earlier before the reset just to coup up the event, but the payment system of your merchant always failed... how is it...This is already insane..I'm spending a lot of dollars for this, and still i don't get anything rewards....please respond...Comment

Recharged Failed but Debited to my Account

You need to contact Xsolla's support for that issue. I believe they even have a Live Chat option for that. You can also file a ticket here: http://www.r2games.com/support/, but I believe the problem is with Xsolla and they are the ones who can help.Comment
