Changes happened, i suggest wait till they do maintenance before try to lvl up angel (Evolution) again.

Dude lvl 9, i think need around 12k-15k seraph stones. Worth or not, its relative. but its good for ur Nickname if u want become more Famous =p. anyway No one reached lvl 9 yet in R2/ GTA. let me know if u finish the lvl 9 evolution ok. Happy Try ^^v

qing is in the US east servers and currently 5-3, not sure about playboy and I believe nitemare quit
