black screen with just sound after polly loading page is done

hi,
i already post this in bug reports, and still the solution that been giving to me come back no result, still showing just black screen, with a sounds
please read this,
i have 2 character in this game on the same server, S193
the problem is i can't log in to my 1st char with id iceshardz

that is what happen if am trying to log in to that iceshardz account
and believe me i already refresh, clear cache, change dns, uninstall the browser and reinstall,
using 3 different web browser, and try to log in using 3 different computer,
all showing me that picture, black screen with a sound.
then i log off that iceshardz id and directly log in to my oathblade id

as u can see this picture was capture 3 min after the first one up there
i can log in, and thats my char iceshardz on the CoM rank
so i believe this is NOT because of theres a problem in my computer nor my program,
this is gotta related to something in the server or idk what it is
i just hope it got fixed soon
because the longer i can't log in then i just gonna fall behind more
and i do pay to buy diamond to made my char as it is
so i do hope i can play again soon

Are you trying second character on the same browser as the first character and give me the IGN of the second character.
