[Announcement] Compensation for Logins and Tycoon Rewards Issues

Dear Angels and Heroes,

We sincerely wish to apologize for the server login issues as well as the Tycoon 14:00 and 22:00 Ranking rewards issues you encountered recently. We have worked hard to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and are very sorry for any and all inconvenience caused. Players can now collect compensation via the in-game Hot Events panel until 10/21 23:59 (Server Time).

We will do our best to keep these issues from occurring again, and thank you for your understanding and patience.

2 days straight players wasnt able to log in for hours missing events like gaunlet, since so missing like few k of tycoon points and at the end even after this event 14;00 prizes were not fixed, and still have lag issues, basicly theese unstable days for most peoples took away chance to even reach minimum goal the 65k.
it wold be worth to send out some pure materials not chests or just decrease the end score.

Everytime we get log in problems.. get a little compensation etc.....
I think with all this down time we've had now...
The paying costumers (paying for vip) deserve to be compensated some more.. we pay to play but we dont get the time we pay for!

Do something with this problem!
