Rules:
- Players can obtain cards from Card Chests in House of Cards.
- There are three types of card chests: Common Chests, Deluxe Chests and Mystery Chests. 1 Common Chest costs 50 Diamonds, 1 Deluxe Chest costs 150 Diamonds, and 1 Mystery Chest costs 500 Diamonds. You can get 10 Common Chest for free each day.

- After collecting a specific set of cards, you may exchange it for great rewards.
- Your remaining cards can be exchanged for points. Points can be traded for specific cards. This will allow you to finish your card sets more efficiently.

Rewards:
- You can swap the required card sets for: Mountain God Crest, Blazing Hecate Crest, Hercules Crest, Hecate Crest, Earthshaker Crest, Light Envoy, Dark Valkyrie, Divine Hunter, Thunder Lord, Lvl. 8 PATK+Dodge Gem, Lvl. 8 Dodge+Block Gem, Lvl.8 PATK+HP Gem, Lvl. 8 Crit Hit Gem, Ruby Herosoul, Gem Enhancement Stone, Runestone, Lvl. 7 Cherubstone, Seraph's Stone, Element Crystal, Enchanted Ore, Topaz Herosoul, Blessed Stone, Angel Tears, Synth Scroll and Mysterious Candy!

- Daily Ranking Rewards: Every day the Top 20 players with at least 1500 points from the previous day can collect extra Card Points as the reward.

- Total Ranking Rewards: At the end of the event, the Top 20 players with at least 10,000 total points have a chance to win Seraph's Stone, Runestone, Joker (L), Gem Enhancement Stone, Lvl. 8/7/6 Fusion Gem Chests.

Chrismas is not here yet so wait for it. I am expecting there will be event like Halloween and Thanksgiving for Christmas and another HoC then. Maybe even the Pirate treasure will be back.

i cant imagine snow queen will be hoc hero ...even in chinese she is rare they will not make it easy to get here.

no in china snow queen whas last year x-mas or new year in cs tycoon and yes she evolve in fire queen

Will Snow queen really be great? It seems like the all target strikers do too little damage to be useful. I.e. Due to the Def effect, it is very easy to reach a point where you are doing no damage to anyone (or everyone for that matter).
At least she will debuff, but it seems like it is not a great effect.
