Lol, you're suppose to get lvl7 gem on your own, it's not gonna give you lvl7 gem for recharging 1000 diamond. Read it carefully before you take action geez. To get the Unicorn you need to recharge 999 diamond AND have lvl7 PATK GEM AND lvl7 MATK GEM to exchange for it.
