Due to the bug, noone could collect it from my server. Any compensation ?

I've been asking the same thing for days. Not even a respond that it got sugested....

Stage 3: Prize Collection

Duration: Day 6 to Day 7 (server time)
All players from the same servers as the Top 10 tournament winners can collect a gift pack from the Tournament panel.

NOT the 100 participants but the top 10 servers. And we are still waiting for a responce since all mods are avoiding the question.
Get out and say NO if thats the case, its not hard.
