as far as i know :

private = 2k honor
champion = 4k honor
warrior = 7k honor
elite warrior = 10k honor

Great guide, perhaps you could add in there that if you die attempting to kill an NPC you do not lose your kill streak (it's a great tip for those who don't have guildies/friends to suicide on, on the opposing team).
