bug - war black screen , h2

pls fix this bug A.S.A.P , cant into battle ( all battle ) - its black screen

Have you tried clearing your flash cache as well as making sure flash is up to date? have you tried updating your browser or alternative browsers? If you are an r2games user have you also tried the mini client? Can you please tell us what steps if any you have attempted if this issue is still presenting itself?

all done , it is good in other my toon , only this id get bug

i wait til 10 mins still black screen , then i go refresh - thats i do

at battle had black screen

this is really bad .. how i can play properly with this **** happen .., thanks for ignore me for 2 days .. ty for the late response , pls fix this bug ASAP ..
