Hi, we just got sylph enchant with advanced sepulcrum event on oceanic, but it doesnt work. People used adv seps and cant claim any rewards.

He said upgrade sylph, not seps. It's a different event, aka balen only mahra.

the fact that you started a post on forum won't help at all...the happiest result we gonna get is a laaaaaame shiity compensation with an apologize ticket atached...this is all R2 can do these days unfortunateley

Even replays to a ticket are so.. grrrrr..
Made a ticket with same screenshot and a statement that adv sep event is bugged.

New Adv sep event NOT working!!

Hi I just used 500 Adv sep for the new event and it is saying I haven`t used ANY and I got NO rewards
Seeing as I am on a Kabam server too it keeps saying they can`t find character when I try to submit a ticket, SO how do we submit tickets if we play on a kabam server now??
I know customer support wasn`t great anyway but now they have made it so we can`t send any tickets??
I want my rewards!!! I paid enough of MY REAL money to buy that sep I want my rewards for using it please!!
Please sort this I bought most of my sep from secret merchants in Dimension thats 8000 Balens I just wasted.

The above bug just happened to me but i only used 100 sepulcrum on my venus "ESME" please forward this ty And demon why spend in dimension when you can get 50 advanced crum and mahra for 150 bb and 8 wild stones

The event is for Regular Sepulcrum only, advanced Sepulcrum is excluded.
