Well this is sadly not something I can fix on the forums, though I wish it was. If you are absolutely certain that your rankings are incorrect, you can try to submit a support ticket on the issue and see what they can do. If you do go that route please let us know if you do not hear in about twenty-four to forty-eight hours so we can try to poke them.. also let us know the server number and in game name the ticket was sent under.
