Can you give us some information?
When did this start, is it only with the server you are choosing or any server period? is your flash up to date? Have you tried an alternative browser or perhaps in the case of a browser being updated and then this occurring an older version of that browser that you know was working?
Can you tell us what if anything you have tried so far?
