Right now, there appear to be many threads on this issue, is this the issue you are referring to? I have tried to gain an information or confirmation as to things but so far with no luck, if that is the issue. If the issue pertains to active events you can not claim can you please tell us which one is not permitting a claim so we can try to help you?
