New Server Events - not on new servers

Taken from current new Server Events:

Activity 20: Gem Synthesizer
Duration: Ends at 23:59 (Server Time), 7 days after the server is released.
Description: Players will be rewarded for synthesizing level 4-7 gems. This quest has unlimited attempts.•Synthesize Level 4 Gem x1 to receive: Lvl. 4 HP Gem x1
•Synthesize Level 5 Gem x1 to receive: Lvl. 5 HP Gem x1
•Synthesize Level 6 Gem x1 to receive: Lvl. 6 HP Gem x1
•Synthesize Level 7 Gem x1 to receive: Lvl. 7 HP Gem x1

This event is never on new servers yet has continually been advertised in New Server Thread - either ensure it is in New Servers or remove it from New Server Event list, currently this is false advertising!

Can you tell us what server the event is missing on please so wee can try to get it looked into and reported so that this can get sorted out for you and those playing on the server with you? Also knowing what server is missing this event will help us to keep an eye on others to see if the issue pops back up as well, so thank you.

Erm every server for the past year, this has been reported so many times...

Okay so you can see what I mean the current new server is S636 Silver Spire PST started 18th February.

Here are three screen shots of current events on this server, as you can see they have Gem Synthesiser II and Gem Master but no Gem Synthesiser as listed above.
Every server for at least the pat year - think its more like 2 years has not had this event.
I personally reported this on multiple occasions and was ignored by support on every one of them.

So again fix it or remove it from the New Events page:

there is also no sylph enchant event in 633, the new server promotions and even thread say it should be 24th day after server releasedand its 27th day already
