I cant collect my return pack. Got lvl 72 char on s607 and wanna pick code for my new srw s637. It flashes like i can collect and there is red bubble in the edge with No.1 so it means i can collect it pls help me

Has this been resolved yet? If not, have you tried it in any other browsers? I know sometimes some browsers can be downright evil when they opt to misbehave.. sometimes when we update a browser things just don't want to be clicked on or pop up or anything else.
