Spire - unchecked attempt not working!!

hi folks

spire normal unchecked attempt not working!!!

i thought i was hallucinating, but this happens a few times already when i help other players do spire normal runs...

unchecked the box...finish 24 levels...BOOM...i got my 24 normal spire chests...

I have heard about this happening, but rarely... have either of you reported this with as much information to the mega bug thread with all the details of what may be going on so that it can be reported if it is not already on the list? Anything you can provide is always a help when reporting a bug.
