I did the 5K Treasure Lode - and it has disappeared today so I cannot start collecting the rewards. I have put a ticket in. Anyone else got the same problem?

When did you do it? Treasure Lode is only up and available for a set time so if you did it near its expiration time that may be why... so I need more information so wee can try to help you with this.

I've done Treasure Lode before so I know how it works. I split the recharging over the 2 days (July 15th & July 16th) to make the most of the recharge pack, and completed it well before the deadline time. The receipt email for the last recharge is approx 8.50am on the 16th.**********************

I had to ask, it helps with these kind of issues. Tickets though, can at times take up to forty-eight hours or so to be replied to. If you do not hear anything within that time frame please get back to us with the information used to submit the ticket so we can try to help get this looked into for you.Always.. Always.. FYI - I have the same problem. I recharged $100 during the event but do not have the button to retrieve rewards. I have submitted a ticket this morning for same.*********
