So I'll bump this post - happened on 622 Eragon this week.
To try and be helpful what happened was that the db lost player ID association with the host team
this meant everyone was not in a team so noone was allowed entry.
Of course, the fact that creation of a team is limited to those teams created prior to the opening of the event, see how that doesn't help much

This post was in regards to a specific merge group (Kabam 171). Not sure how I missed this thread to add to the merged thread.
