what happened why the screen white again in the middle of the guild battle

I am used to a variety of bugs and issues but not a white screen, could this be a flash crash screen? Do you have a screen shot? Can you better explain the issue and tell me if the issue is still persisting? Did anyone else experience this issue? The more information we have the easier we can help.Always.. Always..
