Outland Contest - Event Time is Wrong Schedule it's show (Doesn't Match)

I thro it was bugged or did something has change, so I w8 and see did it show up exactly owner Time for US East Server and unlock.
You can tell in the Outland Event Time compare to my Time (Right top Corner) & Top screen (Server Time)


Round 1 = 07:00 - 07:30 (7:00 am - 7:30 am)
Round 2 = 11:00 - 11:30 (11:00 am - 11:30 am)
Round 3 = 15:00 - 15:30 (3:00 pm - 3:30 pm)
Round 4 = 19:00 - 19:30 (7:00 pm - 7:30 pm)

That's because it doesn't go by server time. It goes by your local time.

What spanky says is correct... a lesson many, myself included, have learned the hard way. The event is based on your local time not the server time. I know it can be confusing and I wish I could make it more simplified... but I do hope you have better success and luck with the next rounds of the Outland contest coming up on Wednesday.
