BUG - Immortal Guardian Shield in Atoll

I was doing atoll today and stayed afk for while to do some stuffs, when I came back to game I ran into this bug where the mob couldnt die, even after refreshing the game.

Oh good grief this looks to be the new rampant bug issue! Thank you for taking the time to report this as well as including a video. Things like this really do help with the reports we hand over and believe me when I say we have reported this and will include this one with them. Thanks for taking the time to provide a little more visual help so we can show them whats going on.
