does it surprise you? this whole month has been a complete and utter failure... mistake after mistake after mistake after mistake. and NOTHING ever changes. they always mess things up. we hear the same thing "we are sorry for any inconvenience"

compensation is nice but if your that sorry fix the game the right way the first TIME!
